screenpipe 2.4.102 — your browser has a job now
Hi all, Louis here
Short and dense one this week — we shipped a browser integration.
We're doing some discovery and would appreciate a lot if you could answer this quick survey. 5 questions, anonymous, 90 seconds.
Please update the app, it might be outdated
Or download it
We published 18 new versions this week (2.4.95 → 2.4.102), here's what changed:
🌐 Screenpipe browser — a real browser, inside the app
We embedded a full browser as a right-side sidebar.
Ask in chat:
- "open my gmail, draft replies for important threads, don't send"
- "go to linkedin, find people who posted about screen recording this week, summarize"
- "log into my crm, find leads from last week, draft follow-ups based on the call notes in my memories"
- "every monday at 9am, open my analytics dashboards, screenshot them, drop into a google doc"
It works without the chrome extension. No need to login, it reuses your browser login.
(the chrome extension still works if you want it on your real browser — it's just no longer required.)
You can then schedule automations (pipes) doing browser work based on what you do.
📅 Schedule pipes for a specific time, once
Before: pipes ran on a recurring schedule (every hour, every day). That's it.
Now: any pipe can be a one-off at a specific time.
schedule: at 2026-04-29T18:00:00ZUseful for: "draft my standup for tomorrow morning at 8am once", "send me a recap right after my 4pm meeting ends", "quiz me on this material the night before the exam".
Recurring scheduled pipes still work, this is in addition.
🔌 New connections: supabase, warp mcp, jira oauth
- supabase oauth — connect your supabase project
- warp mcp — warp's terminal now talks to screenpipe natively
- jira oauth — one click and screenpipe can automate your jira
🔧 Other things you'll notice
- fixed capture quality on 5K screen
- chat: run parallel chats, move around, agents will work in the background
- sidebar: fixed issues in dark mode
- tray: stops showing "Error" for transient health-check flaps
- audio: zoom meetings no longer terminate early when audio output signal flips
- audio: speakers seeded properly, less voice-print fragmentation
- mac a11y: fixes a rare crash related to clipboard capture
- cli:
screenpipe install <manifest-url>for one-line pipe-bundle installs - 30+ more bug fixes
